Then I found one article that recommends to keep the automobile windows open in the city streets but to keep your AC on when you are on the parkways because having the windows open while driving at high speeds adds drag which increases gasoline consumption. Who's right? Who's wrong? Who automobliees? Does it lower gasoline consumption? No, probably not!
The best real solution to lower your gasoline consumption, with gas prices in the $3-4.50 range during the last year or so is to disconnect your umbilical cord... the one that connects you to the gas pump and get free from your chains of slavery to the oil companies and....

If you do a partial (hybrid) conversion then you can expect to see reduced gasoline consumption of up to 30% maybe more.

Put in about 2-3 ounces of acetone per 10 gallons of gasoline and less gasoline will evaporate and you lower your gasoline consumption by 25% or more.
If you do a full gas to hydrogen conversion then you will never have to buy another gallon of gasoline for the rest of your life. It is a piece of cake to do, costs next to nothing, safeguards the environment and you will have the reward of knowing that you are helping to conserve resources instead of consuming more than your fair share.
